Fantastic holiday in Hersonissos.
Great base for your holiday. Lovely clean rooms, air conditioning a must! Lovely pool (busy season you struggle to find a spare sun lounger) and very friendly staff.
Built a the top of a steep hill at the quiet end of Hersonissos but only a 10 min walk into the hustle and bustle.
If your going to Hersonnissos then you have to check out the old town, it is BEAUTIFUL!! So gutted because we only found it on the last nite of our holiday, lovely cobbled streets and fantastic restuarants.
One negative was the breakfast, not nice. But didn't spoil the holiday.
Overall i would definatley stay here again but i would go room only.

My Boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and thought it was excellent. When we first seen the room we were abit unsure as it was so basic but thats what you pay for...too be honest we were never in the room as the staff and other guests were so friendly we were either around the pool or at the bar.

Everyone has mentioned the steep hill and yes there is one but after you walk it the fist time it doesnt become a problem. There are good eating places nearby and a walk to stalis takes about 40-45 mins.

If i was going back i would defintely book this accomodation again and will be recommending it to others.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. Basic, but clean rooms and the food is exceptional value for money. All homemade and authentic Greek.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, although the stairs and lack of lifts may not suit some elderly or disabled visitors.

Anyone thinking of going and reading reviews about the hotel, just GO.This is a fantastic family run hotel,the Papada family really cannot do enough for you,you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive.Being a single traveller all i wanted to do was relax all week,and,half board at the Angelos was perfect,so good in fact this was my second time staying at the hotel.If you go,say Hi to Harria and the family for me and tell her Phil will see her next year.
