Stayed 12th to 19th October, we have never been on holiday so late in the year and the weather was fab. We stayed in an Annex room, yes it looked abit tired and need a freshen up, but for the amount of space we got it was great, living room with balcony, large bathroom and large bedroom with balcony. Room cleaned every day and clean towels and bed linen changed at least twice. First time ever we had supper waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel. Lovely touch! Plenty of choice of food and ample of it. All the staff very friendly. We went for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we had.

7 star staff, 5 star food and genuine 4 star hotel. Without exception the staff at this hotel were always courteous, helpful and smiling and this contributes beyond measure to the enjoyment of the holiday. The food was superb in variety and quality and by far the best of any AI hotel we have stayed in.....we didn't miss a single meal!!!
The 2 pools are large and very clean and although you have to get up early to save beds in prime locations there were always some available despite the hotel being full.
Our room,254 was close to every thing and had a wonderful sea view which was worth the extra charge. It was a lovely surprise to find the A/C on in mid October at no extra charge. Wi Fi was slow and patchy, but free. The first floor gives more privacy and better views and we were never disturbed at night by noise.
A traditional sandy beach was non existent, but access to the sea was only 20 or so yards from the hotel. The beach bar has a great patio seating area with tremendous views.
Evening entertainment was low key but pleasantly enjoyable and the drinks were perfectly acceptable. Being adults only does add to the overall relaxing nature of the bars.
Overall a rating at the top of 4 stars is an accurate reflection and if the beach was better maybe even 5 stars. Will probably return.

Room Tip: ask in advance and they genuinely try to meet your request.. first floor sea view is ideal

My friend and I are at a loss as to how the reception staff can give us a double bed when a twin was booked stating she didn't know we were 2 females, whilst stood in front of her and that there were no rooms with twin beds but there was if we wanted to pay an extra 60 euros, all for something we had already booked.
Complimentary massage treatments were not honoured as it was an error and should be one per booking not each person. Again you can have 2 if you pay for one!
All inclusive - Well be warned when you vacate your room at 12 noon that's when it finishes, so no lunch or drinks for the remaining part of you stay. No surprise you can pay 15 euros each for this. All other holidays we have been on All Inclusive ends when you leave.

Stayed 10th to 17th OCTOBER . Brilliant holiday . Good variety of food, Great room, paid extra for sea view, but well worth it., Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. The staff were all hard workers, and provided service with a smile. We cannot fault any of them. The swimming pools were large, and all areas kept very clean. The Barstaff were great ,especially KOSTAS with his Party tricks. A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE, We will be back.

Room Tip: ROOM 254 seaview,

Just returned from a weeks stay here great value for money
rooms cleaned daily fresh towels etc plenty of food choices the usual salads pasta chips etc you'll never go hungry
Friendly staff Erica who organises the entertainment needs a medal
There was the usual moans and groans by some guests about the food & drink but for the price you pay it's never going to be 5* English with al a carte dining if your wanting that you need to dig deeper & pay more but if your looking for a relaxing break in lovely surroundings with friendly people & good standard food then look no further
The only 2 gripes I have about this place is we had to get up at by 7am if you need a sun bed in a decent spot as these were taken by the Russians & Germans and the fact regardless of your departure the al inc expires at midday you can pay 35€ to keep room & 15 € pp to extend al inc until 6pm we just went out for lunch 5€ each & made use of the free shower room n luggage store + some friends we'd made went up & got drinks but if I got a good deal again I wouldn't hesitate to return

we had a lovely week at aquis silva beach, never been to crete before, so it was a good first experience, however, ! the drinks are definatly watered down, go to the lobby bar for stronger drinks, ! eleni is fantastic ! and yes the food can be a bit monotonous, but you do get variety and theres lots of it !! but for an overall relaxing break without any screaming, nuisance kids it s great, the pool areas are so quiet, bliss !!!

Room Tip: we had room 68, lovely shower room was fantastic, and lovely view across the pool and sea
