“Good place to know history and culture”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

Good place to know history and culture of north east states. Very well maintained. They also show a nice movie on traditional dances of states. There is nice small skywalk at the roof which gives a good view of shillong.

“Too good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Once you enter this museum, you will be lost in time. It is so well maintained with very courteous staff. You can spend an entire day and to top it off - you must try the sky walk.

“Don Bosco Museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

It is a huge gallery consisting of 9 floors. It has a very rich collection of ethnic dresses, weapons, head-gears, musical instruments etc. used by tribes from all 7 North-Eastern States. One must visit this museum with at least 2 hours to spare.
