A long list of favorites keeps us returning to this convenient sushi spot: Caribbean Roll, with its banana and coconut flavors enhancing fresh raw tuna; Salmon Nigiri; Resource Roll, which incorporates shrimp tempura, asparagus, crab stick and spicy mayo; Tamago (Egg) Nigiri; and the 2004 Roll, a shrimp tempura roll topped with scallop, tempura crumb and spicy eel sauce.
We've found the service to be exceptional--friendly, mindful and informative when we're trying to decide which ones and how many. Lunch is enhanced with a perfectly balanced miso soup and a house salad. (The salad dressing is so good we've been known to spoon up the rest when no one is looking.)
