I actually order from Joy Food a couple of times a month. They are near my work (apprx 1 mile) and I can phone in my order and it will be ready as soon as I get there. The food quality is consistently tasty and portion sizes are pretty large. At lunch you can order most dishes wtih rice (including fried rice), a crab rangoon thingy (comes with every meal) and a can of soda for $5.75 or ($6.13 if you decide to dine-in).
The only major down side is the service. The people taking your orders are not friendly, and they have no intentions of being friendly. If you're going there for a warm smile or 'how's your day', you won't get it there. But, who goes to a Chinese take-out for conversation? :o)
