“Good food - great prices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2014

If you're looking for good barbequed ribs and chicken, friendly service and very reasonable prices, this is the place. Be aware that it is above and behind Hooters with it's own parking lot.

“Great smoked meats and variety of sauces”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2014

Last minute stop in, first time customer. Had fresh-made buffalo tenders with very good ranch dressing. Also tried smoked beef brisket that had great flavor and smoke ring in the beef. Loved the hot BBQ sauce best.

“Good food and service!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2014

Stopped in unplanned and so glad we did. We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and our waitress (Harley) was on top of getting our drinks and checked in just enough to make sure we were okay but not so much that it bothered you. The fried okra and buffalo shrimp were both tasty; especially since I never liked fried okra when we lived in Louisiana. Good sized portions.

We will be coming back again.

“FIrst time there!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2013

After shopping at Jungle Jim's, we were pretty hungry and had seen this restaurant on our way to the Jungle. There were four of us and we got 2 Feasts for 2! Well worth it! Service was great. The meats were flavorful and not dry. The baked potatoes were done perfectly--which is VERY hard to find at a restaurant, especially chains. My husband and I will be going back there next time we go to Ohio to visit my parents!

“Where's the rib?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2013

On the plus side the ribs were better than adequate. Unfortunately that's it. The service was so slow as to be nonexistent. The serving size was very disappointing - a few tiny, tasty ribs. The salad was fresh but we didn't get it until long after the ribs had been served and the waitress had to reminded that salad had been ordered. There were only three other tables - not a busy night. One piece of Texas toast tossed on top of the ribs - what ever happened to "plating food" so it looks palatable. We had to wait so long for our waitress to put in an appearance (20 minutes each time) we gave up on ordering dessert. We had to search for someone to pay.
I wouldn't repeat this experience.
