My wife and I did not like the first room we were assigned because it was on the Interstate side of the Hotel and was therefore noisy, so we requested a change. That request was honored immediately and we got a very nice room on the other side. The room was clean and quite spacious, and it contained a refrigerator as well a microwave oven.
Since we were in Eastlake for a reception we only ate in the Radisson restaurant in the morning. On Friday morning all was well. The food and the service were great. But Saturday morning was a different story. Even though there had been a wedding there on Friday evening, the restaurant management only scheduled one waiter for Saturday. The poor guy did a great job, but was being run ragged because of inept management planning. I suggested that he phone the manager and have him come in to wait tables. The waiter chose not act on that suggestion; probably for the best.

Whereas the room was quite nice with sofa and chair and larger than normal the main complaint I have is with the housekeeping. It was clean when I got there but the daily service was minimal and one day the bed was straightened and new towels but nothing else. No clean glasses, vacuuming, etc. Also, new unread Star magazine disappeared as did my extra room key which was cause for concern. I, also, had a different maid every day. Unfortunately I left a bag of medicine when I left and it was not turned in which was not a surprise. The desk staff was great but did not pass along the housekeeping problems as I found out today when I called about the bag I left. The food was very good both room service which was fast, dining room and banquet. All in all a pretty nice place to stay but don't leave anything in plain site in the room that might look tempting. Also, the radio did not work, so was replaced and the TV seemed to have a mind of its own for volume and even switched channels on me.
