This is a lovely hotel in a great location and the beds are to die for. With all that in mind we were so looking forward to staying here for our overnight getaway to Columbus. While driving there I searched for rates on Sheraton's website and found a rate we were very pleased with but since we were within five to ten minutes from the hotel we decided to just get our room at the front desk. Upon arrival we asked for a room and the rate they gave us was $14 higher than what we found online. When we asked him about this he said, "Sorry, that's all the computer shows me" (except his "sorry" was very flip as he looked over our heads -- he could have cared less). We said, "so we have to go outside on our iPad and reserve the room then come back in?" To which he said (quite bored by now) "Yep". I don't like rewarding bad behavior so we left and found somewhere else to stay and when I walked in there I was given the same great rate that I found online for their hotel. So if you want to stay here (and truly the rooms are wonderful) do yourself a favor and book online. Sad that face-to-face customer service has taken such a nosedive.

Stayed here last summer in a king room. The hotel has a nice bar for drinks and is within walking distance of alot of dining options! We had a king room that had a seperate living room area with TV. The bathroom is connceted to both the bedroom and Living area. The hotel did help us find a taxi while in the area as well.

The room was a beautiful suite with a huge king bed. Bedding and mattress were top notch. Two LG flat panel TV's. Clean and fresh room and common areas.. Staff was courteous and friendly. It's in an upscale area with many new hotels and restaurants. A couple things I didn't like: They charge for internet access in your room, although they do have several computers available for free in the lobby. The other thing I wasn't thrilled about was that there were probably 50 loud, screaming kids in the pool/ hot tub area that were totally unsupervised. Parents should be watching their own kids in there. We complained to the staff, but they wouldn't do anything. Other than that, it was a nice place that I would stay at again.

I had the absolute best time at this hotel! Hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable.
What made this hotel so wonderful was the staff. This was probably one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at. Give much Love to Dan who drove us around in the shuttle bus and of course you must visit Sammy the bartender! I am already planning my next stay here ;)
