“Good business hotel, good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2009

Good value, which is typical of Embassy Suites. Predictably large suite with a wide variety, full breakfast. Very reasonable rates.

This is a fairly standard and consistent Embassy Suites hotel. Rooms are nice, common areas are clean and breakfast and manager's reception is what you would expect. For a rate of just over $100, this is a great pick if you're needing to stay in this area.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights here for business.Hotel is clean. They have a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning.
My criticism is that it is noisy. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday night. They were having 2 wedding receptions. For some reason, sounds carried from the bottom floor. It was so loud we could hear it over the tv.It was very disturbing.

I stayed at this hotel with 2 teenage girls for a back to school shopping trip. It was close to Polaris as well as Easton. Check in was fast and easy at the self serve kiosk next to the regular check in desk.
It was nice to have a suite with a fridge and wet bar. We liked having a TV in both the living and bedroom, so that they could watch their programs and I could watch mine.
The beds were comfortable and the whole suite was very clean.
We did not do breakfast because we chose to sleep in, however we will be staying again sometime and we will get to try the food. They have a complimentary hot breakfast downstairs every morning.
We loved the atrium style lobby with the glass elevators.
Overall it was a great stay.

Fair experience and I would certainly stay there again but as I was a guest for 2 days, I noticed that the 'little things' such as 2-ply bathroom tissue would be considerate- or having a fan in the bathroom would be thoughtful. Smoking receptacles outside the lobby doors would be nice so the butts aren't around the seats and in the planting beds. The landscaping was noticeably overgrown and as the grass was so long it was laying over on itself, there was an overall shabby appearance to the property. On the other hand, the cooked-to-order breakfast was an absolute wonderful surprise and all of the staff members were pleasant and helpful. Between 1 and 10, I'd give it a solid 8.

After my 5th time visiting Embassy in Columbus, I have to say it is one of my favorite hotels. Inside it is just BEAUTIFUL. You truly forget that you're in Ohio, ha! The room service food is great, along with the continental breakfast. The pool and fitness area are superior to most other hotels I have ever been to. If you have stayed at another Embassy before, you will be suprised at how much nicer this one is! I would highly recomend staying here!!!

This hotel was great! I was really happy about my choice. It was close to everything my family wanted to do. We were down for the Latino Festival at Genoa park. The suite at the hotel was beautiful of course! MY FAMILY lOVED LOVED LOVED IT! The amenties are soooo very nice. The rooms are huge with microwave , fridge and , a mini wet bar, The breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order omlets, fresh fruit, ceral, potatoes, I could go on and on! The fitness room was top notch! pool outside and inside were phenomenal!!!! YOU COULD SWIM FROM THE INSIDE TO THE OUTSIDE ALL IN ONE SPOT! The jacuzzi so relaxing. The managers reception was a nice way to socialize with other people staying at the hotel. The restaurant was great. You literally didn't have to leave the property. One stop shop. It was close to everything we wanted to attend. We went Go kart racing at Magic mountain. Went shopping at Easton Mall! My family really enjoyed themselves!
