just finished eating some carryout from there.
I have to say I was let down.
I always order extra steamed rice. When i opened one of the rice containers it wasn't full.
The mushu shrimp had flour tortillas instead of
pancakes. Come on. Tortillas? I have known people to make it at home this way but at a place with gourmet in the name? The egg was strange
also. Instead of looking like pieces of omelet or scrambled eggs,( I can't explain it but we all know what the egg in fried rice or mushu shrimp should look like) the egg just looked nasty. The mushu shrimp had the consistency of a stew almost soup like.
I also got orange chicken and it was okay. I know it's made with orange peel but this orange peel seemed more bitter than normal.
The spring rolls were very good as usual and
the wonton soup was also good but might of been to salty for some but I liked it.
I like the sushi but am now scarred of eating raw fish in the middle of ohio at a place that is having quality issues.
I ordered the food as late lunch around 3ish and paid the diner price but am almost sure was served the lunch portion.
I hope they can get it together but after the meal i just had, I can say I'm in no hurry to find out.
