“Filling Burger, Even More Impressive Coney”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

Stopped in to try a burger at Thurman's. I tried the coney dog with cheese first and it was very good (I actually preferred it over the burger). Then I split a bacon cheeseburger. The meat was seasoned, tender and well done. The bacon crisp and the size large. Everything extremely fresh. The fries also looked good, but I didn't get a chance to try them. If you have a real hunger for a big burger give it a try but if you ask me I would take their coney any day.

“I Needed a Bigger Mouth”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Seriously, this place rocks hard. It's a really small restaurant in a high-residential area with limited parking. But step inside, and it's a retro, outdoor-esque gazebo with a bar and huge tables jammed into small areas. Cool dark lighting, and friendly staff.

And then the food comes out. The normal burger is so large, you are expected to resort to knives and forks halfway through because it has fallen to juicy, delicious pieces long since. It was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, and the price was awesome.

Great experience, and I will definitely be back.

“Amazing burger and worth the wait”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013 via mobile

My friends wanted to take me to Thurman's before I went back to Massachusetts saying they had the best burgers. They were right, the burger was amazing. I got the Jaeger which was open faced an served on Texas toast with onions mushrooms and a huge dollop of French onion dip. So delicious, make the trip because its worth any wait you have for a table
