Overall the design and cleaniness of the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious (2 queen beds and window bench that can serve as an extra sleeping bed) and very quiet (over the bar and did not hear any noises).
However, a few improvements are needed: 1.) prices of drinks at breakfast 2.) wireless policies and 3.) hot tub.
Price of drinks are breakfast are way too expensive with a glass of apple juice at $6.00 and coffee at $4.00. The bar was serving free coffee, but 500 feet away in the resturant I had to pay $4.00. My daughters had apple juice with their kids breakfast. The kid breakfast (waffle) was $6.00 which did not include a drink and the cup of apple juice was another 6.00. BTW - a 16 oz of beer or bottle of beer is 6.00. Seems strange that a glass of juice which is 1/2 the size is the same price.
Wireless internet - it is free on the 1st two floors, but cost per device in your rooms. When you have a family that in today tech ago brings smart phones, tablets and laptop - there is no way I would pay $10.00 per day/per device for internet in our rooms. My daughter had homework which she had to do this in the lobby in order to complete the required research. In talking to hilton corporate - this type of policy is hotel specific and not a hilton policy.
Hot Tub (beware) - with this hotel less then 6 months old, I was surprised when my daughter came home with rashes after being in the hot tub (our last night). I also heard a handful of other kids that were in the hotel on the same night - also had rashes and spots which required medication. I have reported this case to Hilton head office so they can ensure it is addressed.
Overall (9.8 out of 15)
Looks of the hotel (5/5),
Service (2.8 out of 5)
Product (2 out of 5)
Sometime too much service (felt very rushed at check in on Friday night and lots of staff wanting to help get us in our room) while other times slow (not enough staff at the bar on Sunday evening). Front desk (1 out of 5), hotel guest services (4 out of 5), bar (3 out of 5), resturant (4 out of 5)
Internet (2 out of 5), food and beverage prices (2 out of 5) and fitness room/pool

Thank you for the very constructive feedback. I thought you had erred on the price of juice and discovered you had not! You are absolutely correct and no one had spotted that to date. We have changed the price of juice in our system immediately and the menu will be corrected on the next re-print. I sincerely appreciate you pointing that out and will be glad to correct that on your invoice and will send you a private note. Wifi is free in public areas including the Hilton Connectivity Station that includes four terminals and printing at no charge. As in all Hilton hotels worldwide, there is a charge for the convenience of in-room access though it is per room, not per device. We have tried to make that clear in the printed material and the front desk has to do the correction at the desk due to limitations of the system. All of our maintenance teams are certified pool operators which exceeds any requirements and the water is tested on an hourly basis. Though we use a salt-water chlorination system to reduce the use of chemicals, sometimes the high temperature in combination with the chemicals can be harsh on sensitive skin, particularly during peak usage such as during a cheerleading or volleyball tournament when the system is pushed to the max. Please do not hesitate to speak to a hotel manager at any time should you ever have any future concerns so that they may be addressed immediately. Again, thank you for sharing your feedback particularly the juice.
