Staff members were responsive and friendly. First room had structural issues. Staff very kind to switch rooms. Second room smelled of smoke...moved again. Third room average. Patch of drywall in shower, filthy windows (exterior)

Little more than I wanted to pay per night but everything was sold out downtown and I was there for a wedding. Value to price I can see why. The room was fantastic, spacey, loved having a living room and mini fridge!

Overall, this is a great location and lovely view of the river. There were a few parking hicups and one needs to be aware prior to arrival that there is a charge for parking at this location. Room was nice and clean. Rest on site was also nice.

The fact that we visited over the fourth of July holiday explains why we waited in long lines for the only two elevators and had to wear wristbands to get into the hotel on the 3rd. However, we weren't allowed to have guests in our room unless we spent and extra $20 per guest. The fireworks weren't even visible from our room.

The condition of our room was another story. Obviously our room had been used for a party prior to our arrival. Pieces of streamer were still stuck to the upper walls and under the counters. (You have a great view of this when you sit on the couch to watch tv.) Our room was at the end of the hallway as our HH member profile requests. However, it was right next to the door the staff uses to enter and exit for their breaks. Which means, a door is slamming next to your room every 5-15 minutes. By the 4th the hotel was practically vacant of guests. So, why did we need to have a bachelorette party sharing our bedroom wall??? Good thing we brought our sound machine so our kids didn't have to hear the constant shrieks from the women and door slamming from the staff.

The bathroom: What kind of hotel doesn't have a holder for the toilet paper???? It just sits on the counter! Most hotels ask that to conserve water and energy, please reuses your towels. Not this hotel. There wasn't a towel hook or bar to be found! Seriously? Did they run out of money during a renovation?

We visit Columbus at least twice a year. We will definitely not be using this hotel in the future.

Room Tip: Closer the elevator is probably quieter than next to the staff lounge!

The hotel was awesome and the rooms were great!! the staff was incredible, but the front desk negwlected to tell me that i had to pay a city tax and a state tax which was like 50 bucks a night!!!also my friend came to visit me and did not pay for parking but when i got my bill i was charged 20 bucks a day, tell me how i had to pay but other people that didnt stay at the hotel were not charged, something fishy is going on just becareful of the other charges you may occur.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I do apologize for the "sticker shock" of the Taxes & Parking Charge, however neither goes to the hotel. Since the Hotel doesn't have a parking garage our guests are allowed to park in the surrounding Parking Facilities for a fee. We hope you'll choose us again the next time you you're in the city thanks again.

1. Door to room was difficult to open due to hardware problems. 2. Several of our party had issues with their room upon arrival. 3. Be wary of additional parking fees upon departure. 4. Calls to room service went unanswered. 5. Parking garage is not Handicap friendly.

The service was poor. My room was never made up. There was a huge hole in our bathroom wall. We looked out onto a concrete slab. The staff was not helpful in finding places to eat. We were told to go to places that were closed. When I asked for more towels, the towels were placed on our desk and the cleaning person never looked to see if the room was made up. They never took our old towels.
