I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very nice and professional and ready to help you with anything. The location is very good and not that far from the airport. cindie in sales w very helpful with puting our group together. the rooms are very nice and updated. They are also very clean. The pool is very nce and the business center was convenuent. There is also free wifi in the hotel. I will be back when in the area. Te breakfast is also good and the beds are comfortable.

The staff accommodated every request: early check-in, extended breakfast service, extra water bottles to go, after regular shuttle hours airport transportation. Room was quiet, spacious, fresh and comfortable. Computer office space was easy to access including printer.

I have stayed at this location twice and found it to be excellent. The area is quiet, it is convenient to city access routes and the airport, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. I am planning another stay later this week and will choose this property again.

We have never stayed in this area of Columbus and didn't know what to expect. This property is very new. The rooms are well appointed and come with a refrigerator and microwave (along with a lovely seating area). But it's the extras that really sold us on this place.
We had to come to Columbus unexpectedly from Kansas City so what a joy to find they have a 24-hour laundry (dollar a load) and a 24-hour gym - right next to each other so you have something to do between the washer and dryer functions. There is also a indoor swimming pool next to the gym (open until 10 pm). They have a business center so we were able to print out directions from MapQuest. Breakfast in the morning was great and when we arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning, we were able to grab some snacks from the breakfast bar. There is a 24-hour grocery store - Giant Eagle - within blocks of the hotel so we bought our laundry detergent and snacks for the room at 3 am.
We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Columbus.
