One of the greatest aspects of the hotel has to be its location. It's close to OSU, shopping, and generally well situated to get around that part of town. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, though you'll need to drive a bit further to get something other than a chain restaurant. The hotel itself was fresh, clean, and decorated with up-to-date glass artwork and collegiate motive decorations.
The downside here was the quality of sleep. The mattress itself seemed old and worn, not offering the quality of sleep from similar hotels. In addition, I had to fight with the sheets all night in order to keep both my shoulders and feet covered. I don't know what it is with many hotels, but they seem to lack the ability to buy sheets that actually fit the bed. Shortcuts like that drive me crazy and ultimately color my entire stay, since quality sleep has to be a first priority for me in any hotel. I'd stay here again, but I'd look elsewhere first.
