Absolutely gross place waited 2 hours in line to check in. Filthy bathrooms, no hot water, no blankets in room. Very disappointing and disgusting place stay away! If I could step back in time I would not subject my family to this horrible low end experience.

I really don't know where all of the bad reviews are coming from. We stayed here this past weekend with our kids(ages 6 &9) and we have NO complaints. They room(we had a cisco kid bunkhouse) was clean and had all the basic amenities. The water park was clean and wasn't super crowded even with a large youth group staying there. Even the lines for the "big" slides were all less than 15 minute wait and quite a few times we had no wait at all.The staff and other guests we very friendly and sociable. We saved money by bringing food from home and they had NO problem with that. The arcade was fun and clean and we stayed there for almost 2 hours. They even give you a coupon for 20 free tokens(per kid) just for signing up for their kids club and printing out "cards" at home before we went(just had to present them on check-in). The only cons were that the in room heater could be a little loud on high, but it wasn't anything awful or unbearable and the top bunk railing barely went above the mattress so we had to put a pillow on that side to be sure our daughter didn't roll out.We will defiantly be going back.

I had a great stay but the upkeep on this place definitely has room for improvement!! We purchased a higher end room with jacuzzi tub and our room and a old school box style tiny tv!!! It's 2013 even motel 8 has a flat screen!! As well a lot of stains on our comforter! The pool area is great the only complaints were it seemed like there were barely any double inner tubes and the ones you found we're almost deflated!! As well come on replace the basketball hoops, that rust is disgusting!! The balls are literally falling apart! Other than that great water slides, great lazy river and kid area! I usually don't do these but as I read reviews before I came and they trashed the place, so I felt obligated to not be bias and state fact!

Big hotel chain got out from under this HOT MESS of a property. Water park is DIRTY, under staffed, dark and very unappealing. Restaurant is always out of something and what you do finally get to order is cold or prepared incorrectly. Lobby is nice, but unfortunately you can't sleep there. Rooms are run down and at least two things are in need of repair on our last two trips there. (Our king bed on most recent stay was literally slanted to the point we slept on couch. Crooked!? Slanted!? How does that even happen, and not get fixed??) We only live 15 min away, but Cleveland or Cincy is worth the drive to overpay for another indoor waterpark!
Do you and your family a favor, drive past and try another one. This will only disappoint.
