Thank you for staying with us at the Wyndham Cleveland at PlayhouseSquare. I am very concerned about the condition you found your vehicle in when you were given the keys. I have spoken to MVP (our valet service) and they will be reaching out to you to discuss your situation. We take great pride in the level of service we provide our guests and I apologize that you did not receive that service. I can assure you these concerns will be addressed. “A fine stay”

I was only there a night, the room was unremarkable but tidy. The only issue I had was the package of the bath soap was moldy. (I didn't use it). The front desk staff was nice. Oh one last thing don't order a pizza from room service. It was dry and barely edible. It did arrive fast though.

Dear Mary,

We appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback, and thank you for staying with us. You mentioned your disappointment with the pool area being closed down. We experienced some flooding from Super Storm Sandy and as a result had to close down the pool and spa. During that time we took the opportunity to rennovate. Please accept my sincere apology that you were unable to enjoy these amenities that you had looked forward to. You said it best by saying the hotel is lovely and the staff is friendly, now with the rennovation complete we hope you will join us again on your next visit to Cleveland!
