Customer service was terrific!

Hotel shuttle was quick and pleasant about taking us to the NASA center and even a great restaurant called 100 Boomers.

Pool was amazing and WARM.

Room was a little worn down for a Sheraton, but the bed was more comfortable than mine at home!

Highly recommended for convenient location, shuttle, beds.

We stayed here for one night prior to our early morning flight and were very impressed. The lobby area is inviting, right down to a relaxing waterfall, and there is a bar there (though we ate out before arriving with family) - check in was a breeze and they organised an early morning wake up call and help with our many bags. The room looked lovely as soon as we walked in - very clean, very comfy king bed that looked very inviting for two tired people! We would choose to stay here again when visiting my in laws (as we always fly in to Cleveland) and would recommend it for proximity to the airport (you could literally walk there), takes the stress out of getting to the airport on time (shuttle is 24 hours on demand and we got to the airport in 5 minutes), staff are friendly and bed very comfortable.

I had no experience in Cleveland so picked this based on location alone. It is on the airport grounds and so is close for flying. I got a $74 dollar rate. The room was fine but the public areas are dingy-run down and dirty. The bar area seemed OK but the pool and lobby and meeting areas had a strange mildewy odor, worn carpets, banged up walls etc. Not what you expect at a Sheraton. A few miles away off Hwy 77 (?) and Rockside Rd. was another Sheraton that looked 100% nicer. Drive the few miles and stay there. BTW it really does look like a prision from the outside.

As a Cleveland resident, it's rare that I stay at local hotels, but in this case I was part of a travel group that had a very early flight, so we got a good group rate to stay at this hotel.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and being that it is winter I found the bedding very comfy - a duvet cover over the bedspread, great pillows.

I am a non-smoker and did not find ANY of the problems a recent poster mentioned - not at all.

The restaurant was in the local papers recently for hiring an established chef, so hopfully the restaurant is better than the typical airport hotel. Our flight left so early we did not have a chance to try it out.

Overall I'd stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others. At no time did I hear any airport noise, which really surprised me since it is a stone's throw from the airport.
