“Stay here. Don't hesitate. Very Good hotel on Airport Property.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2012

We stayed here for 1 night because we had an early flight out the next morning. The airport is right on Cleveland Hopkins Airport premises and the shuttle takes only minutes to get from the hotel right to airport terminal.
The hotel has had major renovations and is sleek, modern, clean and fabulous!
We had dinner at the Hemisphere of BBQ Quesidilla's which were very good and Yuengling on tap. Elegant but affordable dining. The quesidillas were only $10.95 and large portion for me. We also had the breakfast buffet in the morning which was around $12 but was very good.
They have an indoor pool which looked very nice and anyone swimming could see the Cleveland snow out of the window.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and to anyone wanting close accomodations to the airport. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to Downtown Cleveland for business or pleasure. There are plenty of nice hotels closer to downtown for that.
I might add that despite it being close to the airport, it was quite as a mouse. There are no late night flights going in or out so sleeping was not a problem.
I wished I had taken pictures!
Hope this review helps.
Safe travels!

Overnight stays at airports are seldom fun, so rather than taking a shuttle or taxi to a nearby hotel, my first choice is to find one that is connected to the terminal or is within walking distance. The Cleveland Sheraton isn't physically attached to the terminal, but has the next best thing: a dedicated reception desk located in the arrivals level that will check you in and call a shuttle for the short drive to the hotel (the distance is walkable in decent weather). The hotel lobby looks reasonably new and contemporary, and has some nice touches, including several large chess-boards sprinkled around. The rooms are acceptable if somewhat bland, and the level of service was good. Recommended.

We stayed here during a lay over in Cleveland. It wasn't bad..wasn't great either. The work out area was really nice though.

I slept really well here. Considering it is right by the airport, I thought i would at least wake up a few times in the night. Nope, slept all the way through.

Room service was good, room was clean.

Table leg was broken, which bothered me a bit. However, as long as I did not move it, it was just fine.

This is my hotel of choice when in Cleveland either for business or weekend getaways. The only negative aspect of the property now is that they now do charge you $8 a night to park on the airport lot which you do not have a choice if you have a vehicle. Location is super great if you have a flight out of the airport which is really a minute away. Always had a great experience with the staff and they treat you well and make you feel very comfortable choosing this property. Not the most suitable if you have downtown business or want to go downtown for dinner or such but they have a rail system in the airport that takes you directly to Tower City, I like this option as it is fun for kids too if you have them along. Always recognized as Platinum SPG at front desk and always receive room on club level with great club lounge that is accessable 24/7 for a quick snack or soda. One of my favorite Sheratons overall. Nice pool area as well!

My boyfriend and I have stayed here a few times (his family lives in Chicago, I'm from Pittsburgh and we go to school there). We stay here as a stop on the way to/from home.

The front desk/longue area is very nice. It looks very modern. Theres a lil shop open 24 hours a day that you can buy essentials at. The room is very nice. Super comfy beds and pillows. Clean and basic bathroom. This place is an average sheraton. ROOM SERVICE IS AWESOME. The pizza was amazing! Burger was good, as well as the pasta. The staff is always very nice.

The only complaints I'd have is the parking... needs more spaces! It's always so hard for us to find a spot. And you have to slide your room key in the elevator to be able to select your floor. This can get really annoying when 6 people are in the elevator (the key doesn't always work). These are just minor complaints though, Overall Id definitely recommend this place!

Stayed there on business on New Years Eve and it was a very fine experience. The front desk was manned by a gentleman named Austin and he was as professional and courteous as can be. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room was definitely nice. Didn't experience a problem with noise and slept very well. would highly recommend.
