it must be great to be rich. This hotel is old but very well kept. Marble walls in the bathroom, seperate tub and shower areas are something you wont find in the new motels. From the doorman to the maids and everyone in between were great, very professional but very friendly and helpful. location is in the center of everything in downtown Cleveland. If you have the chance to stay here "dont pass it up".

Room Tip: corner room was large with two windows to view the city and Lake Erie

Nice hotel with very friendly employees from valet, to bellman, to front desk. Hard to find in Cleveland unless you know where exactly you are going as Third Street does not go completely through due to a building in the middle of street; you must go around block & come in from other sideof Third Street. Beds very comfortable. Muse restaurant very expensive. Free bottles of water in room & in lobby. Free daily newspaper in hall on table. Do not get a room close to ice machine due to noise. Located in Tower City which has stores, food court, restaurants, subway, and close to several attractions.

The people associated with the Ritz Carlton Hotel were impeccable in their over-the-top service, their dress and friendliness. From the moment they valeted our car, opened the door in the lower lobby, to check-in, to the Bellman delivering our luggage, I can't say enough about the staff!

The Muse Restaurant was small and intimate, and the food excellent! I highly recommend this Hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms start on level 7 so views of the city and the lake are great!

When told of my impending stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Cleveland, a friend of mine noted that he had never thought to put Ritz-Carlton and Cleveland in the same sentence before. It turns out that the two blend well with a high quality hotel offering great service connected to shopping and entertainment (casino), and steps away from many fine restaurants. One expects to find exceptional furnishing and bedding in this brand and guests were not disappointed. Their in-house dining is, at least, good, though the room service menu could benefit from some expansion. Pricing at this property can also be competitive with other nearby hotels that cannot match the quality and service. It's worth checking. Train service to Cleveland Hopkins airport is located in the building, making rail service an inexpensive and very convenient means of arrival/departure.

The Ritz Carlton was an amazing stay. The staff makes you feel like a celebrity by how attentive they are. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that I didn't have to walk outside while it was rainy to go shopping or to gamble because all of this is connected to the hotel. I will definelty stay here agian!

On my 3rd trip to the Ritz Carlton Cleveland in last few months I was pleased that nothing has changed. The hotel is elegant yet comfortable. The service is impeccable and the rooms near perfect. My bed was extremely comfortable and room service was prompt with food very good. Great location within walking distance to casino, great restaurants and nightlife.

The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland is one of the top hotels in the Midwest for good reason. This hotel offers a premier location adjacent to Tower City and steps to Public Square and sporting and concert venues. We have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland several times when visiting family in the Cleveland area and this past time was no less impressive (January 2012). The staff of the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland are outstanding honoring any request from dinner reservations, event tickets, or mall purchases.

The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland has good pricing relative to its sister properties around the US. We have always felt that our money was well spent after staying at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland.

The Muse Restaurant is very good. Room service is quick and courteous and the food is excellent.

The rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland are nicely appointed, spacious, and bright. The bedding is comfortable and luxurious. We make sure to stay on the concierge level which offers complementary food and drink options throughout the day. Rooms facing west offer views of Lake Erie and the Warehouse District. Rooms facing east offer views of Tower City and the Cuyahoga River. The rooms and the facilities are exceptionally maintained and clean.

I highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland for the upscale traveler.

Room Tip: Step up and book on the Concierge Level. Request a room with views of Lake Erie.
