The hotel was very nice. Rooms are spacious and well put together. The location is great, with in walking distance to just about everying in downtown. Plus the hotel as a complimentary shuttle that will take you within 2 miles. The complimentary breakfasts were very good. The hotel is located in Reserve Square which includes Scorchers Bar (services food and has to-go orders, like 30 Beers on tap), a grocery store, Subway, dry cleaners, and cafe shop, in the same building. You do not have to go outside to get to these places which makes staying there so great. The only issue is parking. The hotel provides valet services for $18 a day, but you have to wait for them to get your car, which is annoying to me. There is a parking garage in Reserve Square which is owned by Standard Parking. You can self park there but you have to pay everytime you leave ($10 over night). I was an extended stay guest (3 month stay) so I went to the parking garage office and they gave me a key to access the garage for the monthly rate of $160. If you are going to be there for a long stay like I was, I would go to the parking garage office (the first level of the garage by the exit) to get a key. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are going to be in downtown Cleveland!

Stayed on Friday March 7, 2008 when in Cleveland for a soccer tournament. Made a reservation about a hour before arriving when we decided that we wanted to be closer (.3 miles versus 15 miles) to were the kid's were playing, due to a snow storm. Got a $129/night rate plus taxes of $20/night. The extra $60/night was worth it. The suites were huge. Included two hours of drinks at night and a very nice breakfast in the morning. Only thing I didn't like was they wanted $9.95/day for internet. Location was great for us and appeared to be close to a lot. Unfortunately because of a storm of the decade and 15 inches of snow, our tournament was cancelled Saturday morning and we headed home. But it was a very nice place, the people friendly and I would stay again.

Decent hotel. Great pool for a hotel in a downtown. The rooms are very nice, however they are a bit dark.

The updates with the new flat screen tv's are great. Bathrooms nicely updated as well.

They could use better service in the lobby. The lobby also is very weird and super small. There is not a typical check in desk area. It is kind of like checking in, in a hallway...

Valet parking guys are very helpful with getting the car and with giving directions...

What a fantastic hotel - the suites are huge, very comfortable with large HD LCD TV's in each room. We were very impressed.

Price was excellent, within 1km of all area attractions - about a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed for 2 nights and walked everywhere.

Plus you get a nightly reception with free drinks and free made to order breakfasts each day.

I was surprised at how nice it was and would definitely return.
