The entrance in the lobby is spectacular! I actually thought I was at the wrong hotel and that it was much swankier than I realized. However, when I pulled my car around to the back of the parking lot, I realized it was just a regular Courtyard Marriott.


The room itself was fine. It was clean and what I wanted. There were only 3 towels in the room, which was not enough for the 4 people staying in the room. I requested more and they were brought up quickly. The hallways were a little dingy, though.

I was attracted to this hotel for its amenities. I brought my two small children with me, who were excited to use the pool. The pool temperature was so cold, no one could stay for long. On the other hand, the hot tub was excessively hot! The other guests were going back and forth--warming up in the hot tub and then cooling off in the pool.

The food and service in the restaurant/bar area were outstanding! They were so kind to my children and got us everything we needed.

Overall, we couldn't beat the location. We were attending a Browns game and the hotel was just on the other side of the trolley station park and ride. We were able to get from the hotel to the stadium with ease. Even with the pool temperature problems, I would stay here again.

Spent A night in Cleveland. Last stop on a long trip. We wanted a nice hotel with onsite bar and restaurant. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The bar was a great place to sit and have a drink. The restaurant was not quite what we expected. The food was good but the bill added up quickly! The room price is ok but bottled water and WiFi are extra. What started as a room for $120 a night ended with a total of more than $300 before we got on the road again.

We spent a weekend here and are very happy with our choice. The room was larger than a normal hotel room and was very nicely decorated and quiet. It was the dead of winter and the duvets were a welcome surprise! Everyone from the front desk staff to the hotel wait staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant menu was great and the beer selection even greater!

The location is fantastic as it is located very near the expressways and had easy access to the airport and the IX Center.

I am in Cleveland working on a lengthy project. I stay at this hotel a couple times a month. Love the rooms, love the restaurant menu, love what is available from room service, and most of all the staff is outstanding. They always recognize returning guests, the "guest service" operator recognizes my voice....we have all become old friends.
