“Comfortable and Accommodating”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2011

I was attending a seminar with two staff members. When I made the reservation, there were only king sized beds available, so my staff members were going to have to share a bed. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was able to find a room with two doubles, which is what we preferred. He also gave us some great advice on a restaurant. All the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is made with many ingredients grown on the property. Air conditioning comfortable, not overpowering in the lecture rooms.

Everything was very nice, very clean, very comfortable. Great pool and hot tub, fitness center. Only drawback was not having a lot of restaurants, etc. very close.

We were surprised how quiet our room was being so close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. It was an easy on/off to I 90 to the clinic, about a 15-20 minute drive from the hotel. We've stayed in town before , this seemed easier. This hotel does not provide free wi-fi in your room, it's $9.95 a day, or complimentary coffee, newspaper like Hyatt. It is a full service hotel however. Large lobby with pool table and a restaurant. We were on the 9th floor.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times, as our relative is an employee. It is always a nice stay. There is a Starbucks in the morning, very big, open lobby, nice pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pillows are consistently bad, very flat, recommend bringing your own from home.

My fiance and I stayed here for two nights, and I can't find a bad thing to say about this place. The room was very nice, especially the bed! It's the first I've found that is actually more comfortable than my own bed at home! The Bath and Body Works toiletries in the bathroom smelled good and were a nice touch. The view on the highway side was pretty good; I really liked the floor to ceiling windows.
We got some vegan chinese food at a place where the a/c was out, so we brought it back to our room to eat. I was very surprised to see that our desk swung out to create a perfect table for two! The mini fridge in the TV cabinet was good for holding sodas and cupcakes that we didn't want to melt! We put the "do not disturb" sign on the door the first morning we were there, so housekeeping slipped a note under the door letting us know that we could call for whatever we needed later.
The pool area is very nice (although the hot tub is a little too hot!) and they actually provide towels in the pool area, which a lot of hotels have stopped doing.
The gym looked pretty nice, but I didn't use it.
They said the bar converts into a Starbucks during the day, but I didn't get coffee there, because the coffee in the room was actually pretty decent!
Overall, this was a very good stay and I am pleased

Check in was courteous, easy and pleasant.
Concierge lounge hostess was very nice and helpful.
Shuttle bus driver remarked that airline personnel was his main concern??!
A clean bed on the concierge floor, however, apparently was too much to ask for at this hotel. Hotel management should realize that this is the least a guest should be able to count on!
Concerned about the bed bug plague, I routinely check the beds in hotels. This time, I discovered small blood spots and requested to be moved. The frontdesk manager handled the request professionally and gave us another room.
Upon inspection of this second room, the mattress pad showed two enormous urine stains (covering about one third of the bed). I asked the same manager to inspect the disgusting bedlinen. By now it was 10PM and we had hardly 6 hours before having to leave for the airport. We were moved again and were promised some Marriott Rewards points. Needless to say that these didn't make up for a gross experience.
After contacting the general manager, he just answered that he was sorry the hotel didn't meet our expectations. Upon my follow up e-mail, I have not yet received an answer.
