While in Cleveland for a high school football game decided to check this place out as it was highly regarded on this site and have not had good German food since Milwaukee. A friend, who is not a big fan of German food, and I found this place north of Parma, Ohio. We were a little confused as we walked in to an open dining area without seeing a podium or somewhere to request a seat. We finally walked toward the middle of the area and a young lady showed us to an open booth. After watching several staff members walk by us, a waitress finally stopped and got our drink order. Since it had been several minutes since we were seated, we were ready to order. She took our order and left. The meal was delivered by yet another waitress, with a third one bringing drink refills. After our meal, a fourth waitress delivered our bill. As I watched the service, it appeared that this was the norm. The food was good, especially the cabbage and noodles side. The Wiener Schnitzel Von Kalb was good, although I wish I would order a different Schnitzel with a topping because this one was kind of dry and was not a lot different than your average breaded tenderloin. The German potato salad was very good. My suggestion would be to have a topping with your schnitzel and have the cabbage and noodles as a side.
