“Only came for cocktails”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

When asked if he know how to make a Moscow Mule the bartender did but apologized that he did not have the copper mug the recipe calls for. The drink was delicious in spite of that. Every request was greeted with enthusiastic response, and service was always professional and precise.

“Best of the best.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2013

Our reservations were for 7:00. They did not have our table ready, then when we were finally seated we were approached with apologies and a huge plate of shrimp cocktail on the house .We had the Nags head grouper which was the best fish I have tasted almost ever. The service was top notch. Cocktails were delish and the atmosphere was simply beautiful. A must try for travelers to the Warehouse district of Cleveland.

“Nice atmosphere and good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

Although not exceptional, you will feel good at this restaurant in the trendy warehouse district of Cleveland. Very nice and competent service, good and basic food (especially oysters and cheesecake), great drinks. A bit of lack of fantasy in the kitchen tough, but still satisfying.

“Great Atmosphere, Excellent Seafood in the Trendy Warehouse District”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013

We've eaten at Blue Point on two separate visits to Cleveland and both experiences were very good. Valet parking makes going there easy. Atmosphere is intimate but open, with high windows looking out into the busy warehouse district. Servers are very knowledgeable and attentive and very happy to explain preparations and make suggestions. Extensive wine list. Menu has all kinds of seafood (raw oysters are a specialty) plus local freshwater fish like walleye. Seafood chowder is super, salads are fresh and well dressed, scallops, shrimp and grouper were excellent. There are a few steak and chicken selections for the non-seafood lovers in the group. Reservations are a good idea during dinner hours since this is a very popular restaurant, and can be easily made online at the website www.bluepointgrille.com. They serve late, until 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, so it's a good place to stop after another event.

“Good seafood and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

Very nice atmosphere. Excellent service. Food was good. Our party of three had halibut, filet mignon, and the surf and turf. All nicely presented. Halibut and filets were very good. Lobster tail was a bit soft (mushy?) in parts.
Our party of four didn't have reservations on a Saturday night at 6:00, but they were able to seat us at what they called a 'high' table, which was comfortable.
