I was in town for a conference at Case Western and this was so close, we never bothered to use the car. We were in walking distance to the campus, the botanical gardens, art museum, Little Italy, and all kinds of eateries. A Starbucks was right outside the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was pretty spacious. They allowed us to check in early, which was very nice. I was fortunate my room was ready.
Parking is scarce in the area so valet was nice, and I really didn't need my car so I just didn't bother with it much. The attendants were friendly and attentive when we did need it. My only complaint, and it is a minor one at that, is that my wife and I wanted to sit outside in the lounge area, but the tables were dirty with plates and stuff. We took a walk, came back a few hours later, and they were still not cleaned up. We did get to sit outside eventually.
Overall, it was a very nice hotel. I'd gladly stay there again.
