“Great place to catch a ballgame!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Perfectly situated in the heard of the city!! Great staff (the only major league ballpark we have been to in which an attendant cleaned our seats for us, then told us he doesn't take tips (not allowed), just does it to make the experience more enjoyable for the patrons!! Thanks, Richard!!) We will definitely be back!!!

“One of the nicest parks I've been to.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

This is my 6th MLB ballpark, the best being Kansas City and the Ballpark in Arlington with Progressive ranking 3rd, ahead of the Skydome/Rogers centre, Metrodome and the DIVE the Expos used to play at in that order. I was stunned at how few people attend the games; if the 6 thousand or so Jays fans weren't there, the place would be way under 10,000 attended in each of the 3 games.
This place is really nice, and the customer service is remarkable. All but one game there were local lunatic fans angry at the fact that 40% of the 15,000 or less fans at the game were loud Blue Jay fans. We were afraid one of them would have a heart attack he was so riled up with hate. Ushers spoke to him once, but it had little effect. However, we had one behind us that snuck down from the cheap seats in the 5th inning and berated Canadians endlessly until my wife complained to the usher in the 7th. The usher sat beside us until the game ended, and said coward/stooge never returned.
Improvements? Have the ushers check tickets to keep these two-bit fans from weaseling into the expensive seats. Zero controls there.
MLB has this idiotic policy that lets you go to and from your seat any time you want. You miss a lot of the games (and even the safety of keeping your eyes on the ball) by people shuttling to their seats during play. SO RUDE! In the NHL, you are not allowed to return to your seat until the whistle blows. The equivalent in Baseball should be no returning until an out or after a hit.
The net behind the backstop is the smallest I've ever seen. I imagine the EMS is super busy at this park when you combine these two isssues.
Worst food I've ever had at any ballpark or hockey arena anywhere. DO NOT eat the Philly Cheesesteak sammies, they seemingly use meat from yesterday or the day before and the buns are the lowest grade I've ever encountered.

“Good sightlines”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

Watched two games -- one in the upper deck (400 level) and one behind the plate. Both offer good sightlines. The beer was reasonably priced ($4 for small). Spacious concourse area.
