“A Great Way to Take it all in”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

Our first word of advice is Do This First!! This was a great 2 hour tour of the city. Our driver, Brenda, has been giving this tour for over 20 years and she did an outstanding job! We saw every point of interest in Cleveland and figured out what we wanted to make a priority to see on foot. Go!! It's well worth it.

“Best Tour Of Cleveland”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

During our Cleveland visit, we decided to book a tour and did a little research. We decided that Lolly the Trolly Tour was the best reviewed and decided to book it. We are very glad that we did!

Sherrill confirmed our tour and when we went to pay, we actually had a chance to meet her. She is very friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we were very special!

Our tour guide (David) was fantastic, he knew everything about Clevelend and made the tour very interesting. The tour lasted for a good 2 hours and the price paid was certainly worth it.

We had no idea that Cleveland was so vast and had so many museums and parks.

The trolly was a lot of fun and we made one stop along the way for a bathroom break and refreshments.

Constructive criticism-I would recommend that the trolly make more stops for photos as it was difficult to take pictures (many were blurry) but other than that I recommend this trolly company to anyone looking for a comprehensive tour of Cleveland.

“Who knew 2 hours wouldn't be long enough!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2012

We took the two hour trolly on a Saturday morning. I wasn't expecting much and thought what will we look at for 2 hours in Cleveland. Boy was I wrong! We actually got diverted due to a charity walk and our tour was 2.5 hours of solid information and sights. It was an informative and interesting view of Cleveland's past and also the revitalization to build a brighter future. This tour is well worth the money and time, check it out.

“Great Tour That Almost Ended Tragically”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012 via mobile

I would highly recommend the tour w/ one caveat: MAKE SURE, before you go, that the vehicle will NOT the taken on the interstate. An open air vehicle with wooden bench seats and no seatbelts has no business taking a load of passengers on a crowded I-90, where multiple accidents occur every day. As our driver/guide was telling us, as we tooled along at highway speeds, that the heavy traffic was due to an overturned semi that tied up traffic for hrs earlier that a.m. an accident occurred RIGHT in front of us. She had to slam on the brakes, which almost sent us passengers flying. She did a masterful job stopping just before we hit a car that had careened into the side of an overpass & was now crosswise directly in front of us. About the time we let out a sigh of relief we then had to worry about other vehicles hitting us from behind as they slammed on brakes. We were in the very back seat & would have been sitting ducks.

OTHER THAN THAT the 2 hr tour was lovely. We enjoyed it a lot, learned so much, and, as I said, would highly recommend it. Just tell them to STAY OFF INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS.

“Yoo much information and no time to take any pictures”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

The fellow who drove our tour almost pulled in front of a train as he did not see the gate ready to come down. He whipped around the city like a race car driver.

The infomatiion was excellent but the entire trip felt hurried .... we were on the 2 hour trip. I can't imagine trying to do this in one hour. Tried to absorb the history of the city, which was interesting but I couldn't soak it up so quickly.

We tried to get a few pictures but that was difficult. We drove around the next day on our own and got a few pictures..

By they way, the trolley was very uncomfortable. Go early and get a seat that is not over a wheel well....no room for your legs.

Bring a bottle of water or two with you, especially on a hot day. Would I do this again. Yes, I probably would.
