way over priced and i got over priced on the over price. when i got home i found that i have been billed a bit more than i had booked the room for. i called the hotel and was told to take it up with the credit card company or the travel site that i used to book it. pretty simple stuff here, i had a receipt for the price that i agreed to pay and was told it was out of their hands even when i offered to email the receipt to them. terrible customer service. i go to cleveland at least twice a year but wont be staying here again anytime soon.
