My family and I (Two teenage daughters, my husband and myself) Stayed in this hotel while I was scheduled to have surgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF). We live a couple hours away from Cleveland and we heard this hotel offers a discount to CCF patients ($99/night). We stayed for 2 nights. The room was more than accomodating. Very large with actual queen size beds that are very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Lots of natural lighting. This hotel has a ton of charm. The rooms are contemporary, but there is also a ballroom and pictures just dont do this place justice. People were friendly and accomodating. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating was I did not try the restaurant, and from the room service menu I feel it isnt for everyone. I would have loved to try it, but I dont feel there was anything there for my husbands liking. (Picky eater) I would stay there again with NO hesitation, and would pay the regular rate without a discount.
