This is a wonderful hotel that has so much character & history with its previous life being a bank. While it was a little challenging to navigate the construction in the area, once we arrived it was great. From the moment pulling up with Jake (valet) taking care of getting us unloaded & getting the car tucked away to Brittany at the front desk checking us in. The room was fantastic! I asked for a room with a view & Brittany assigned us to the 15th floor, corner room with hardwood floors, comfy king bed & Jacuzzi! Oh, and when we got to the room my husband realized he had left his IPad in the car. No problem - he called the number on the ticket Jake had provided & Jake shared he would go get it & it would be at the front desk for us. Great customer service!
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is due to the confusion in trying to find the breakfast area on the Main floor - you had to go down a flight of stairs behind the pool table to get to it (what do your patrons do who have limited mobility). Signage might have helped (sorry if it was there & I missed it). We were close to Fourth Street where a number of restaurants were within walking distance & the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. So wonderful to have the Jacuzzi in the room after walking all day seeing the sites! Excellent price, location & quality!
