“Outstanding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2011

Cleveland was part of a intensive trip from Washington to Chicago. I arrived at Greyhound terminal (at a walking distance from the hotel) after a night ride and my room was available at 8 a.m. which is great because I could rest a while and benefit the whole day.
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, good position in Cleveland where you can walk (hotel very near to Public Square) or take the free Trolley service. Hotel is very close also to 4th st where there are nice restaurants and venues.
The day after they were happy to keep my luggages (tagged in a store room) for free.
I'm extremely satisfied. Thanks, Silvio.

Room Tip: I booked with a couple of months notice and I got a very good value for my room.

This experience had the potential of a top rating. I bought an attractive package that included room, valet parking, buffet breakfast, and lower box seats to a Cleveland Indians baseball game (the stadium is just a block away). Everything about the hotel itself was superb. But I was given UPPER box seats instead of the promised LOWER box. The difference is about 150-200 vertical feet, i.e., nosebleed section. When I explained the problem to the front desk, the gentleman acknowledged the error but said the tickets could not be changed. To his credit, he adjusted my bill. But this gaffe took the air out of the balloon entirely.

We were in Cleveland for a concert at the Q Arena. The Radisson is right across the street, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The rooms we had were clean. The sleep number beds were very comfortable.
The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. We did have the breakfast buffet at the hotel the next morning, which was kind of expensive for the selections offered.
Parking is by valet, for $20. It didn't take long for them to retrieve our car.
We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Book early

This is a very standard hotel with nothing special or nothing really bad. It is clean, tastefully decorated but no wow factor. They only special thing for me was the Sleep Number bed which I loved and enjoyed very much (I'm a 50). Excellent location for Progressive Field, a 5 minute walk only. Valet service for pick up was too long in the a.m. Everyone checking out at the same time, one staff on hand, had to wait and wait.

Room Tip: Get 2 beds -- so you can try the Sleep Number beds

Area was close to some decent restaurants...they told us it was far but could've walked. Went to Cleveland only to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame while we were in Ohio for a wedding. The Hall of Fame was great!!! Room had a piece of pizza box on floor upon entering it. Staff had no personality except for the girl in the breakfast room she was pleasant. We got the Hall of Fame package with parking and breakfast included so price wasn't terrible.

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Progressive Field, and we couldn't have chosen better! We got a fantastic deal through Hotwire.com, which allowed us a huge suite at a fraction of what it would normally cost. Plus, we could literally exit the gate of the field and walk across the street back to our room.

Although many of the fixtures in the room were outdated (think old, low-flow shower heads and hard-to-press tv remotes), that didn't matter when it came to comfort and ease! The sleep number bed was a great treat, as were the free cookies at the front desk.

The front of desk manager was also extremely helpful when it came to an error on my credit card after I had already checked out. She was nothing but prompt, professional and courteous, which was much appreciated when it came to correcting some erroneous charges on my card.

Stayed overnight when we went to see a Tribe game. The place is clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay. You can't beat the location.
