Stayed here while traveling cross country with 4 children. Based on looks wasn't sure what to expect; we were pleasantly surprised! Clean and spacious room to fit all 6 of us. Coffee was quite good and breakfast satisfying. Marie did a fabulous job of keeping breakfast area very clean and well stocked with a big smile and friendly good morning for all! The few things that could be improved upon: bathroom smallest I've ever seen and could use minor repairs, hot tub has great jets but not hot... Just lukewarm. Would definitely stay again when in town. Thank you and keep up the great work!

The first thing we noticed about the room was it's size. They were very spacious! There was a kitchenette area, table, and sofa on size and then a half wall separated that from the bed and the bathroom. Overall, the room was a little outdated, but nice and there were no concerns regarding the cleanliness. The pool area could stand to be update a little bit, but we enjoyed our time none the less.

When you check in, you have to sign a document that states that you have read their rooms and that they will charge you for any damage to the room. It makes me wonder what kind of place it is to start with. There were no standard pillows in the hotel. There were five small pillows on my bed, when I called to the front desk, they said that they only had small pillows in the hotel. I then found hair and toe nail clippings on the mattress pad. When the maid came up to change the mattress pad, she did not bring clean sheets just the mattress pad. When she was done she introduced herself as the executive housekeeper and that she would tell the woman who makes up this room to make her she puts a clean mattress pad on or....(wait for it) make sure she takes the hair off of the dirty one. really?

The room I was in had water stains on the ceiling in one corner, the furniture was worn, there was a small table and straight back chair in one corner and instead of a vanity, there was a piece of chipped laminate making a "homemade" enclosure under the sink.

I ended up wrapping one of the small pillows in my own shirt because what ever was used to clean the sheets made my face break out!

The neighborhood seemed safe and I had prepaid for the night - other wise I would not have stayed the night.

We truly regret that your experience did not reflect in any way our room standards that place strong emphasis on cleanliness and comfort. You have our assurance that we will not take your feedback for granted, instead we will use it to correct our deficiencies and improve our services.

Your comments about finding hair and toe nail clippings on the mattress pad and on having to use the unchanged sheets will be communicated with the head of our housekeeping department for proper corrective actions to be employed. It is simply not acceptable for any of our guests to be subjected to such an experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

As for the ceiling and the room furniture, please know that these will be included in the next phase of upgrades.

We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the near future, so we may be given a chance to provide you with a superior experience.

Overall pretty good hotel. Carpet in room a little dirty as evidenced by new white socks turning brown on the bottom. Breakfast very good with self made waffles from batter and good selection of hot items. Coffee available all the time.
Marie very helpful at breakfast.

We recently lost the patriarch of our family, and as such had the need to travel back to Canton, Ohio for his memorial service. Everyone at the Ramada Canton/Hall of Fame went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The highlight of our mornings was making the trek down to partake of the continental breakfast. Marie always met us with a smiling face! Little did she know how much that smile was needed until the day we were preparing to leave, when we told her the purpose of our trip. Thank you Marie and all of the other staff for your caring and thoughtful ways. Top notch customer service!!

Room Tip: Children are always welcome...and coffee is always available!! :)

My husband, myself and 2 year old stayed here in early May for one night. Upon check in we discovered neither the men's or women's bathrooms had a changing table in them. That needs to be corrected. The front desk agent was very nice and bent over backwards to make our check in as easy as possible. However, for the second time we stayed there our key didn't work and they had to completely replace the lock on the door.

We were pleased with both the pool and incredible breakfast served by Marie. I wish our room had been in better shape upon check in. Our remote didn't have batteries. I would stay here again for the customer service and value.

This hotel is always very nice to stay at and i believe that is because of the employees. Especially Neal and Amy on the evening shift. I cannot say enough good things about them. The hotel is clean, the pool is great and breakfast is wonderful. And if your lost between lunch and dinner, there is always a fresh apple on the counter. I love the room setup, whether in a double room or a suite. They are the best. Because of Neal, i now look at Ramada first for my travels.

Room Tip: That is really hard to do, even the rooms by the elevator are quiet. AC was quiet. Just a good stay...
