The hotel was pretty crappy. The "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke and was not cleaned probably. But a terrific white lady, who I assumed to be the manager's assistant or someone in a similar position, was quite nice in cleaning the room and making us feel comfortable despite the stench of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The gym was a joke too--way smaller than it is faked to look like in pictures. There is also a club/bar attached to this hotel. The noise is not an issue, but the shady characters the place draws in is. I would not recommend this place at all. Pay $25 extra and stay somewhere that is halfway decent.

Absolutely disgusting!! I know you get what you pay for, but seriously?#! I had to take a shower with a plastic cup because the water was SCORCHING HOT. The only way to control the water temp was to use the water coming out of the faucet. If you used it from the shower head, no matter how hot or how cold you turned the dial, it all came out burning out! When I went to complain at the front desk, the girl said she would leave a note for the maintenance guy. I also asked for toothpaste and she said they ran out."they must've been busy today and used it all." She admitted she only works the 3rd shift and doesn't know anything. THATS FOR SURE.
When I went back 30 minutes later to complain about the coffee pot not working it was a different customer service rep. I asked her if they were sending a maintenance guy, or whether the girl wrote down my complaint. She checked a sheet, and goes, nope. I don't see anything. I was outraged that the previous CSR would pretend to do such a thing. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me he doesn't come until 9. I asked her to take down my number and have him call me as soon as he got in. I have been waiting for 3 days, and no word yet. I will be following up today.

Please do not stay here. Do not pay for such a dump. Hopefully they will go out of business and a nicer place with helpful staff will replace it.

Ive stayed there a few times... i travel alot and always looking for bargains i bring my own coffee pot ... bug spray and linens lol.. I know .. but the money it saves me staying here. I can shop .And with our economy the way it is .. probably wont be long before people have to live at hotels like this... Take it for what it is a cheap night maybe some poor children can get a pool for a night and have a good time... Its a bargain and close to everything ... Im staying there this wk 4 days and im loaded with my stuff to make my room homey we will be fine ... Im a nurse .. I see everything and this is ok Ive seen worse...

Believe me guys, I use Days Inn everywhere all the time, but it was my worst experience: I needed a place that accepted pets and unfortunately everything was booked in the city because of the Air Show. I booked the room by internet and the pictures looked fine. When I was there I got a room with all kind of smells, dirty, big colored spots on the carpet, web spiders everywhere, and dead mosquitos with bloody spots on the wall... even worst: there were hairs in the pillow and the sheets weren't convincing about their cleanness. I went to complain and the receptionist blamed the cleaning people and gave me another room less dirty but equally disgusting. My daughters went to the outdoor pool and came back commenting about the bad condition of the pool area. Being 11pm my wife convinced me to stay that night in there and move out the next day.
