“Best food in Midwest!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

Couldn't be happier with a restaurant experience! Not only to food was excellent, but the atmosphere was relaxing and the serving staff was very knowledgeable and attentive!
My meal consisted with an appetizer, main dish and dessert all paired with top notch Bulgarian wine. All were at the right flavor, tasting just right and nothing over the top! I felt like I was in Europe again and it was a good escape from a busy daily life.
I would highly recommend the place!

“A Nice Eurpoean Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

Naslada is one of my favorite dining establishments in Bowling Green. The European food is fresh, tasty and home-made. The decor, is a mixed blessing, Up front, it has a bit of a diner feel, but in the rear dining area, the ethnic attire and decor can take you away to a European evening.

The menu has a lot of healthy, ethnic options, though a bit on the pricy side. The staff is friendly and I really appreciate having the owner pop out of the kitchen or greet patrons at the door. It's located on Main Street right in the downtown area and is a bit difficult to find due to poor signage and curb appeal, but once you find it, you will enjoy the experience

“Best Place to Eat in Bowling Green”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

If you want eating out to be a special experience, then I would recommend this restaurant. They serve excellent, primarily Eastern European, food that most people probably would not take the time to make at home. My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have tried a number of items on the menu; we have never been disappointed. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. It is a much more interesting restaurant than one wuld expect to find in a small town.

“Good, interesting food with great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2012

Naslada's dinner entrees tend toward Eastern European cuisine, with several interesting Bulgarian choices. We had what I would call excellent comfort food: beef goulash and braised chicken with vegetables. The green salad that preceded the main dishes was fresh and crisp with just enough dressing. I ate every bite. After discussing our initial red wine selection, we opted for a slightly less expensive bottle suggest by our server, which was excellent. For dessert, we had crepes, flamed tableside. Again, we were not disappointed. This is an excellent, unpretentious little restaurant.

“Something different than burgers and pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2012

The owner is from Bulgaria and the menu reflects that part of Europe. Service is excellent and the food is very good. The soups are especially fine--be sure to try at least cup. They are made on the premises. The environment is cozy and nicely decorated.
