“Great Seafood”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

We stopped into this quaint restaurant only a couple hundred yards from the Tuscarawas River and next door to the beautiful Wilkshire GC. We had the Crab Cakes and Walleye entree for dinner. We choose the house balsamic vinaigrette dressing for our salads which was very good along with fresh bread and olive oil. The portions were generous and both the fish and crab cakes were delicious. Price was reasonable and the service was prompt and polite.

“Too crowded”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

I just feel that this place is totally overrated. The food's not that good for what you pay. It's always loud in here and too dark. I want to see what I'm eating.

“Great Seafood and Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

The October Seafood special was wonderful and the wait staff very accomodating. Decor was casual and did not require us to dress for supper and our older teenage children felt at home.

“Consistently good food; reasonable priced”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

I have eaten at Georgio's about 10 times over the past two years and I have never had a bad meal...and I very rarely order the same thing twice. I know when I go there that the salads, entrees, desserts are all going to be well prepared, tasty, and well proportioned. The staff is also very courteous and attentive to your needs.

“What an Amazing Surprise - Fantastic Italian Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2012

We stopped at Georgio's Grille on the recommendation of Gayle from the Zoar School Inn, which is a great place to stay, by the way. This restaurant in in part of the old Zoar Tavern. First of all, our waitress and the chef were both very nice and fun, even considering the fact that we came in very late. The food was absolutely great. The sauces were all homemade. The lasagna was gigantic and delicious. The mushroom Ravioli were excellent. Also highly recommended is the stuffed eggplant appetizer, a more delicate take on eggplant parm. The canolli were all homemade and fabulous too. All in all, we highly recommend Georgio's while you are in Zoar.
