We arrived about 7, on Labor day, to find they were out of pulled pork and beef brisket, bummer. Our waitress, Meagan, informed us of this about, 5- 10 minutes after she had taken our order and returned from the kitchen. She then took our reorder but told us we now would have a little wait because our ticket moved to the end of the line. I said what does that mean ,she said about 15 minutes, what !. We should have moved to the front of the other orders, it was their fault, not ours. I said where is the manager. She said I'll bring you some corn bread while you wait, I will say it was good and complimentary.
Our meal arrives and the best items were the ribs , apples, and broccoli. My chicken was very dry ,not juicy like the Outback , the sausage was hard like it had been cooked at noon. The manager did come to our table and said they didn't expect that much business and didn't prepare enough pulled pork, humm. The pulled pork is the reason we came and were disappointed. We will not return to spend another $ 41., when we make our annual visit to Poland.
