“Good hotel for the price!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2011

Considering we got this place for $44 on Priceline for 2 night, this place was exactly what I expected for the price. First off, the pool was basic, but nice, clean and refreshing if you go in summer. The room itself was definitely dated but still adequately clean. I have stayed in a lot of extended stay type hotels and, in general, they don't seem to be quite as clean as a regular hotel would....but nothing glaring. More than being dirty or anything, I feel this property just need an updating badly. The carpet is obviously worn out, the furniture looks a little beat up, that sort of thing. The one thing that I couldn't figure out was the smell in the hallways...every time I went out in the hallway it had this weird smell of old cooked food which I couldn't figure out. Hallways were fairly dirty (carpet) as well. No problem with check in/out and the biggest plus is that they have obviously just put in new LG flat screen TVs in the rooms....one of the best TVs I have had in a hotel, actually. So, my recommendation is, if you can get this place cheap....take it, it was perfect for us to crash in after a long day at King's Island (which is about 15 minutes away)....if you are paying $60-70 or more for one of the basic one bed studio rooms....then you could probably find someplace nicer for that price.

Room Tip: Priceline...select 2 star, Blue Ash area for around $32-$40 (before priceline fees) and you may just...

Nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a group of 12 of us and we were given a really good deal on the room rate. We had adults, teenagers and little kids and the staff treated us all nice. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice reasonable priced hotel when doing things in Cincinnati!!!

Enjoyed our stay here. The property is relatively new and is in good condition. Grounds were well manicured, which was impressive considering how rainy it had been. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained - our room had a nice kitchen area that was very clean with lots of counter space, a couch, and two double beds. Lots of natural light and windows too. Bathroom was a decent size too. Room was very quiet and had a new air conditioner - couldn't hear the neighbors either. This would have been a great room for a family that wanted an in-room kitchen and plenty of room to relax during a trip to Kings Island or The Beach. Property had a pool, but it wasn't open yet. Hotel was pet friendly as well, and the rooms were still incredibly clean for a pet friendly property! While this property may not have had a lot of amenities that people are used to, it was a steal for the price we paid to have all the space plus a kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. I stayed in a room that had a flat screen tv and was very clean. I enjoyed having a kitchen in my room so i didn't have to eat out. I also was able to get a free pass to urban active for the length of my stay. You definitely get your moneys worth!

I stay here 3-4 times a year on business trips. I prefer to cook my own meals and the kitchenette is perfect. Nice, safe area. Desk personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Everything about this place was disgusting! The Carpet in the hallways, elevator and room were filthy! The temperature of the halls was so warm and smelled bad. The bed was a double and felt like a cot. I have enjoyed staying at extended stays in the past, but this was horrible. We ran out of there in less than 15 minutes and went across the street to the Hamptons and took a shower right away. It was worth the extra $100.00 for the two night stay! Dont even consider this place.
