Pros Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, and new flat screen TV. And the plumbing and the heating worked fine. And those are the most important things anyway.
However, the furnishings are worn, and don't seem to have been changed since the early 1960s.
Very unappealing exterior of hotel and the interior is depressing as well.
But as I said, all I asked for was a good night's sleep, and I got it, so I give a reluctant average 3 star rating. There are very few motels in this part of North Dakota. Drive forty miles and you come to another poor, depressing little town like Wishek with one motel
$50 per nite. In the Willison oil patch, they would get $120 nite for this small room.
There is a Super Valu grocery store next door. You are better off buying food there and heating it in the microwave in the office area of the hotel than finding a decent place to eat in this town.
I can't wait to get out of this town!
