We went to Spitfire in Fargo N.D. for an evening meal.We were given the low down by the waitress about how many trophies had been won for their famous BBQ ribs, steaks etc;
She recommended the 10oz rib-eye, which my husband ordered,and as I wasn't very hungry I ordered the petite sirloin. When it arrived it all looked good,my husbands steak was amazing, mine on the other hand was terrible. It was tough ,lot of synue , hard to cut and tasteless, so I gave up and told the waitress. She asked if I wanted another one ,saying sometimes the steak is like that. Seeing as my husband had just about finished his, I said no I didn't want to wait again and eat alone.I was annoyed that there was no apology, no offer of a dessert or bill adjustment ( I did only eat about a quarter to a third of the steak, and that was hard work ) All in all it was very disappointing.
So........I think the bad out weighed the good and we wont be going back.
