Lots of colour but not authentic. Let me start by making an admission. I haven't actually tried the Mount Barker Legacy but I do know it is the same owners who opened up Blackwood Legacy and the menu is the same. Most franchises strive for consistency. Nice enough people and good intentions trying to cater for the Aussie taste. But really is this what Indian food has become? Would you serve this in your country of origin? Where is the slow cooked infused flavours? All you are doing is preparing is a couple of sauces in advance and pouring this on top of quickly cooked chicken, beef etc. Please guys, rethink your strategy. We want flavour not just spice and food colouring. Disappointing and sorry wont return to Legacy Blackwood even though it is within walking distance from our home.
