“Not what we expected”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

It had towering treetops, though in the middle of the afternoon, you couldnt see any animals.. We paid $50 for the family only to walk in the heat and sit in the shaded areas, better to go to the waterfalls close by

“Incredible”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

The cost for this attraction is quite expensive at $20 per adult. We were hesitant at first about the price but it really is worth it. While we were discussing whether to go in, a lovely visitor near the entrance pointed out to us that there are discount voucher books in the bookstand which have a 2-for-1 offer inside. We used these and it was a bargain!

It is 2.5km long and they say to allow an hour but you could easily spend more time there. It has an amazing elevated walkway through rainforest, cantilever lookout and 37m observation tower which looks out over the Johnstone River.

We noticed the electric buggy taking elderly customers along the track and it advertises that this service is available for the elderly and disabled.

Fantastic scenery - loved it!

“Towering the Treetops”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2012

This is an easily accessible Rainforest walk. Suitable for all ages and abilities. There is a high possibility of seeing wild cassowary. Views from the viewing platforms are simply stunning. On entry to the area you are given information sheets identifying the flora. There are shaded picnic areas and snack vending machines.

“Must do!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2012

We did it on a tour so we time limited. I would of loved to spend more time there. Beautiful scenery. I loved the tower which I was scared to climb but well worth the climb. The views.

“great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012

it was towards the end of our drive, and I was just thinking about the treetop walkway i''d seen on a tv show and then the signs popped up so off we went. It wasn't the greatest day, it was sprinkling a little bit, but so glad we decided to do the walk! there were people there but we felt like we were the only ones there. so much flora to see on your way to the walkway and around the walkway too and lots of signs as to what you are looking at. took so many photos. well worth it.
