Having recently moved to Buderim, we've been doing the rounds of the restaurants and coffee shops and have had a decidedly mixed experience. We happened upon this little gem when searching for an inexpensive regular haunt for lunch and coffee. It's nestled in a little laneway but doesn't feel cramped or crowded, with the tables sprawling out into the courtyard. It was a mild day today but there were patio heaters and blankets on standby, a thoughtful and quirky touch! The menu is standard cafe fare, very fresh and interesting. The staff are bubbly and cheerful and the food is served hot and quite quickly, despite our visit coinciding with several big family groups. My chorizo and white bean soup was hearty and delicious, definitely recommend and at just over $30 for a the three of us to eat until we were bursting at the seams, this is the best value to be had in the busy Buderim main street! Am definitely look forward to returning for a coffee and to sample some of the tempting sweet treats in the cabinet! Very impressive.
