We arrived to take advantage of the early bird offer we'd scoped out which gave 15% off two courses. This made the value exceptional. The food was very well prepared and was full of flavour. I had a trout which was boned well and delicious. Portion size was spot on with the extra vegetables. We passed on the starter and decided to have dessert. They were also delicious! I had half a lemon merengue cheesecake and half a tiramisu as we felt like sharing. No complaints, couldn't fault it at all. Brilliant service. I wish I'd tried the bread as that looked nice wen I was spying on the next table and their starters. I would say an extra ale on the bar would be appreciated as they only had London Pride. The menu selection was food the accomplished home cook would like to be able to cook at home,but without the fuss or washing up! For the price (about £10 a main, £4.50 a pud) I think this is excellent value. I'll definitely be coming here again
