Great deal and for the price first class, clean, warm, tidy and great staff - pub next door not so hot but the town is nearby. Only get half an hour on the wifi before payment but the 3g is good as is the phone signal.

Six of us stayed in individual rooms. All of us thought the accommodation was superb. Clean, comfortable and excellent value. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. What's not to like? Nothing from our experience.

This is very nice and clean hotel only 20 minutes to drive from Alton Towers. Room was big and clean, with well working heater, hot shower, staff was very pleasant. Free carpark. I just only wished it could have bar cafe, because I would prefer Travelodge English breakfast, which I really like (pub next to hotel was more expensive and I think it was not all you can eat)

We stayed last year and it was so good we booked again this year; both stays for 2 nights. Our stay was only because of Alton Towers but the accommodation is ideal; clean, tidy and newly refurbished. The receptionists are always friendly and very efficient. The pub next door is great for a few drinks after a busy day on rollercoasters! Would have no problems recommending this to friends and family and we'll be sure to stay again next time we are visiting the area.

Stayed here for one night as part of a trip to alton towers. Rates are very reasonable. Took just under 20 mins to get from hotel to alton towers. Hotel is basic, but clean and functional. Had tea and coffee making facilities. Bed was comfortable. From the room you can hear activity in the corridor, I was woken up at a very early hour by people walking through the corridor, and then again later on, definitely not ideal if you are trying to have a lie in. Hotel doesn't do a proper breakfast, but has a few breakfast snacks available to takeaway. Check out 12, could pay a bit extra for a later 2pm checkout. Great pub/restaurant just next door.

This place is in a great location for Alton Towers so we decided to stay here. The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean and is perfect for a short break. The only downside is it's a little bit in the middle of no where and the rooms aren't well soundproofed.
