“Pleasent Afternoon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013

A good demonstration of the vehicles capabilities in lovely surroundings, Barry our instructor was informative and helpfull. Would have liked to drive personally over some of the more demanding obstacles but understand why this is not allowed. Only thing missing on course was facility to wade vehicle. Overall enjoyable half day.

“Boring”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

I was excited to be given a free ticket for the LR experience ( when LR scratced my car when servicing it ) and looking forward to it for months. It was certainly an experience. One that I would liken to trying to be sold time share.
From the second we arrived to the time we left, we were bombarded with information on the new Range Rover and how it was better than my 2 year old one. It was worse than any sales pitch I have ever endured - mostly due to fact we wer trapped in the car. When he wasnt selling the car, the host was boring us with useless data and irrelevant information on the car, Land Rover, and anything he chose to talk about. He just wouldnt shut up.

The course itself was terrible and if it wasnt for the snow would have capable by all 4 x 4 `s and some cars. There were no steep hills to climb, no steep descents, no wading in deep water / mud, nothing difficult whatsoever. We went for a long drive on the road and then a very easy hill tour. We asked for something more difficult and was told it was difficult but the car was so good it made it look easy.

The best parts were seeing the birds of prey and the castle. The driving was boring.

If I had paid to do that course, I would have wanted a refund. It was a bad EXPERIENCE and
far, far too easy.
