This is a great place to have a steak - we each had a different type (one rump and the other sirloin), and they were both cooked to perfection. My rump steak was thick, tender and tasty, and the sirloin looked good too. The "posh" chips were a bit of a surprise (served in a small glass bowl) but they tasted good and even though the quantity was small they turned out to be enough, as the steak comes with enormous onion rings, a mushroom and a tomato.
The waitress and the lady behind the bar were very helpful too - when I asked for a glass of red wine she went out of her way to bring a couple of bottles to the table for me to choose. It was nice wine too!
Overall this was good value for money, and I would happily recommend it.
