It was cheap, and located opposite the train station. The man on the counter didn't look up when I arrived in, wet, cold and hungry, but talked down at his desk throughout the entire registration process. Not the friendliest welcome. I didn't end up getting any food because I wasn't given a menu and I was so tired I couldn't be bothered asking about it or braving the gale force winds to find something close by. It was OK, but I won't be staying again. Reasonably clean (the rooms are dated and by default appear dirty) and the trains make it noisy but if you want a cheap bed for the night, conveniently located practically on top of the station, this is the place to stay - provided your reasonably fit and can carry your own bags up the stairs as they don't seem to have a lift.
