“Perfect Weekend Break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012 via mobile

Stayed here for a long weekend. Room clean and very comfortable. The De Trafford pub provided excellent breakfast and all other food served there was superb. We will be back. Staff all very friendly and can't do enough for you.

If you want to stay in Alderley Edge this is a great hotel. We paid £56 for a Saturday night, but clearly there are better prices to be had if you book further in advance I guess, or perhaps when there are offers on.

We had a decent sized room, and very large and comfortable bed. The room was clean and everything we need for a one-night stay.

Although the weather was very warm and muggy, there was a letter explaining the steps that the hotel was taking to trying and keep temperatures down and offering fans. Whilst not an answer to aircon, we did have a good night's sleep. Given the price, I can't really grumble about this.

We had breakfast the next morning and the waitress was exceptionally helpful and considerate. At £8 for a full selection + cooked, this was good value in my view.

Would definately stay here again.

I wouldn't stay at the Premier Inn again, but then if you're on a budget and get the rooms when they are £30 a night, then it's hard to argue.

Bed was comfortable enough, but the room lacked air conditioning and was unbearably hot. Didn't get much of a sleep which made for an awful few nights.

Room Tip: Important to get a room at the back.

We stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding - the room was absolutely fine -bathroom very clean and large - bed was extremely comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep

The breakfast wasexcellent - we picked the full English and it had everything we wanted and as much as we could eat

The gentleman who booked us in was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble - this was our first stay in a Premier Inn but if this hotel is anything to go by it will not be our last

We can recommend the chippy in the next street as well!!!

Good location, easy to park. Attached to a pub & within walking distance of lots of places to eat/drink.
Friendly staff. Bathrooms a bit forlorn but, enjoyable stay.

Have a night like a WAG but stay in cheap, clean accommodation at the start of the Golden Mile I would say! great deals to be had here with only a few minutes in your killer high heels to Panacea and the Bubble Room to name but a few. Highly recommend staying here anytime x

I always think the Premier Inn hotel chain does what it says on the tin very well. Always a comfortable bed, always clean and well managed. Echoing other comments the staff here were indeed friendly and helpful as well as welcoming which is a nice endearing quality. We paid £54 for our room on a saturday night which is fine - we didn't have breakfast as we needed the sleep in. Only minor complaint was that the hairdryer lead almost didn't stretch from the plug socket to the nearest mirror which my wife had a minor grizzle over. Otherwise, the hotel delivered to my expectations and I'll continue to use the chain when I need a cheapish room somewhere.

Room Tip: We had Room 1 which was at the far end of the corridor on the 2nd floor. Was nice to not have people...
