We've been to this restaurant several times - that we keep going back when there are so many good restaurants round this part of Cheshire tells you it must be good.
The restaurant does get very busy and so I suppose on occasions the service might sIip a little - that being said when we visited last Saturday our waitress was great and couldn't have been more helpful.
I had a special of sea bream on a bed of tagliatelle which was excellent - often with this type of dish the tagliatelle is overpowered by chile but this was really light and fresh. A great dish.
One tip though when you book ask for a table upstairs - the kitchen is in the cellar and there are some tables down there but the atmosphere isn't as good and it can be a bit chilly.
